How it Works


Day Before We Start

You’ll be welcomed into our private Facebook group where the magic (and moral support) happens. Post an intro, meet your new speech buddies, and get prepped for lift-off.

Day 1 – Kick-Off Zoom

We meet live to set intentions, explore your why and your audience, and get your creative spark flying.
Can’t make it live? No worries — replay’s in the group within the hour.

Days 2–6 – The Daily Sprint

Each morning you’ll get a short video in your inbox from Sill, walking you through that day’s task:
Day 2: Start Strong – Write your powerful opening
Day 3: Shape It to Say It – Structure your speech
Day 4: The Heart of Your Message – Add emotion & credibility
Day 5: Speak It Like You Mean It – Bring it to life
Day 6: Trim, Tighten, Tune – Edit for clarity and confidence

Each task takes about 30 minutes. Manageable, motivating, and designed to keep you moving.

Day 7 – The Final Zoom

You’ll take the (virtual) stage for a 3-5 minute speech in front of our supportive group.
